This unique wedding design was chosen by a couple who were married in December and used the ice and snow as their theme. It features several layers of cake ranging from 4",6",7" and 8" square in a reverse pattern giving a narrow bottom and wide top.
It was white cake with fresh blueberry compote filling. The crystals and pearls were wired into gumpaste white roses. The top and bottom are adorned with appliques dusted with pearl dust and sugar crystals. Congratulations Pat and Deb
