I often have brides who have found their dream wedding cake in a magazine and want me to recreate the design. A bride brought this design and then asked me to replace the disc with flowers which total changed the design. I replicated the cake as it was brought to me for a bridal show, and it created a stir!!! As brides and their mothers approached my booth, they were surprised to find that the discs where in fact fondant, they explained as they entered the event across the room it looked like the cake had fabric on it. It featured six tiers, 22", 18", 16", 10", 8" and 6". The side were piped with drop strings with a dragees at the point of the strings. Serves 400 guests.
